This seminar is aimed at manufacturer or supplier personnel who want to learn what it really takes to run a dealership. 

Participants are furnished a case study in advance.  They work together within a group of "managers" to make decisions regarding what to change in the dealership's operations. 

Those decisions are quantified in a program which is displayed for all to see.  The results are discussed.  It can be a energizing and fun to get groups in your organization to adopt the role of dealership managers and to compete to see who has the best effect on operations. 

This seminar can vary from one to two days depending on the audience and its size.
